Steven Zigomanis, Financial Controller

Steven is a force to be reckoned with. His rigorous approach to numbers, combined with an exceptional ability to assess and forecast the feasibility and profitability of a project means Steven is in high demand on a daily basis! Looking at each item of every project from an accounts, tax deductibility, investment return and sales analysis perspective, his advice provides the basis for every department to make highly informed decisions.

Steven’s career history spans the full gamut of the finance industry from Accountant through to Financial Controller and Senior Business Analyst across a range of industries covering manufacturing, mining and property with the likes of BHP, ANZ, IOOF and Orchard Funds Management.

Having studied both marketing communication and journalism, Laurelle implements a holistic approach to property marketing which is enhanced by her talent as a collaborator.
